Art, Fashion & Classic Lit

Classic Booklovers fuses art, fashion and classic literature to celebrate great classic books from around the world.
We specialize in public domain classics and literary themes. We also sell new books and other merchandise through our Random House, Penguin Classics and Scholastic vendor accounts.

Whether it’s Moby Dick or The Tale of Two Cities, our products help tell timeless stories. We work closely with select artists to create a wide range of products, including apparel, posters and accessories.

Founder, President

Bill Weger has received more than 70 awards for his design, marketing and communications work. He designed the first 50 titles for Classic Booklovers. He is a former journalist and author of a middle-grade novel, Marshmallows over Manhattan. His nonfiction book, Inspire Good: Nonprofit Marketing for a Better World, won a top Hermes Creative Award.


For 17 years, he worked part-time as a bookseller. He has more than 25 years of communications experience, and is recognized for his contributions to national public health campaigns. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts in Public Communications from American University.
Bill enjoys running and has completed nine marathons in cities across the country, from Philadelphia to San Francisco. Along the way, he has helped to raise funds for cancer research.
